Respiratory Therapist – Pediatrics (CRT)

Charleston, SC

Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | Every Other Weekend Required | Holiday Rotation Required

• Provide respiratory therapy care to pediatric, neonatal, and infant patient populations
• Perform neuro diagnostics and respiratory assessments in alignment with scope of practice
• Participate in holiday rotation and every-other-weekend scheduling as required
• Document patient care and clinical activities using Epic electronic health records
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams within a high-acuity teaching hospital environment
• May be required to float within scope of practice to meet facility needs based on experience

• Active CRT certification through the NBRC
• Active South Carolina Respiratory Care Provider (SC RCP) license in hand at time of start
• Current BLS, PALS, and NRP certifications required
• Minimum of 2 years of respiratory therapy experience
• Hands-on experience with pediatric, neonatal, and infant patients

• Experience with Epic electronic health records system
• Prior experience in a Magnet-designated, Level 1 Trauma, or teaching hospital setting
