Respiratory Therapist – Pediatrics / Neuro Diagnostics

Schedule / Job TypeContract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | Every Other Weekend Required | Holiday Rotation Required
Key Responsibilities- Provide respiratory therapy services in a pediatric setting, including care for neonates and infants
- Perform respiratory and neuro diagnostic procedures within scope of practice
- Participate in holiday rotation and every-other-weekend scheduling as required
- Float within the unit to meet facility needs based on experience level
- Document patient care accurately using Epic electronic health records system
- Be prepared to participate in emergency response team assignments during hurricane season (June–November)
Required Qualifications- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification through NBRC
- Active South Carolina Respiratory Care Provider (SC RCP) license required at time of start
- Current BLS, PALS, and NRP certifications required
- Minimum of 2 years of respiratory therapy experience
- Pediatric, neonatal, and infant clinical experience required
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience with Epic electronic health records platform
- Background in a Magnet-designated, teaching, or Level 1 Trauma facility environment
