Respiratory Therapist – Pediatrics / Neuro Diagnostics

Schedule / Job TypeContract | Nights | 4x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | Every Other Weekend Required | Holiday Rotation Required
Key Responsibilities- Provide respiratory therapy services within a pediatric setting, including care for neonates and infants
- Perform assessments, treatments, and monitoring in accordance with physician orders and established protocols
- Participate in holiday rotation and every-other-weekend scheduling as required
- Float within scope of practice to meet unit needs based on experience level
- Document patient care accurately using Epic electronic health records system
Required Qualifications- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification through NBRC
- Active South Carolina Respiratory Care Provider (SC RCP) license — must be in hand at time of start
- Current BLS, PALS, and NRP certifications
- Minimum 2 years of respiratory therapy experience
- Pediatric, neonatal, and infant clinical experience
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience with Epic electronic health records
- Background in a Magnet-designated, teaching, or Level 1 Trauma facility
