You will see a mix of post-ICU patients, those with chronic pulmonary diseases, neuromuscular conditions, and individuals recovering from complex surgeries or prolonged critical illness. Night shifts typically offer consistent hours that support continuity of care, with the opportunity to work closely with a stable team of clinicians who understand the unique demands of overnight LTAC practice. The environment emphasizes collaboration, communication, and shared decision-making so that every team member can contribute to patient progress and safety.
