Responsibilities
Provide on-site respiratory therapy assessments and treatments in patient care settings.
Deliver prescribed respiratory therapies and monitor patient responses.
Meet or exceed clinical targets and contribute to team KPIs.
Ensure compliance with safety, ethical, and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with physicians and care teams to update care plans.
Document care activities and maintain accurate patient records.
Participate in continuous learning to stay current with respiratory guidelines.
Participate in shift handoffs and maintain clear communication with team.
Utilize data and pipelines to forecast patient needs and outcomes.
Educate patients and families on therapy options, device use, and safety.
Support inventory management and proper maintenance of respiratory equipment.
Demonstrate initiative for on-site improvement projects aligned with growth goals.
Experience/Qualifications
Certified Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with active Nebraska license
Proven on-site respiratory therapy assessment and treatment delivery
Strong documentation and accurate patient records per regulatory standards
Ability to monitor responses, adjust therapies, and meet clinical KPIs
Commitment to safety, ethics, and regulatory compliance
Patient and family education on therapy options and device use
Collaborate with physicians and care teams to update care plans
Participation in shift handoffs and clear team communication
Data-driven forecasting of patient needs using pipelines and tools
Inventory management and maintenance of respiratory equipment
Willingness to participate in continuous learning and guideline updates

Ability to contribute to on-site improvement projects aligned with growth goals
