Responsibilities
Administer respiratory therapy treatments and procedures
Operate and monitor mechanical ventilators and related equipment
Assess and document patient conditions and progress
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary care teams
Educate patients and families on respiratory care and equipment use
Requirements
Active Virginia Respiratory Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain)
Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program
CRT or RRT credential required
Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
Prior acute care or rehab experience preferred
