Respiratory Therapist
Job Details:
• Work across all critical care units and floors as needed • Day shift staffing includes 15-20 RRTs for adult service lines and 3-4 RRTs for NICU/Pediatric service lines • Night shift staffing includes 12-16 RRTs for adult service lines and 3-4 RRTs for NICU/Pediatric service lines • Patient ratios range from 10 to 25 patients • Varying weekends required with at least 4 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule • Operate and manage GE R860 adult ventilators, Draeger infant/pediatric ventilators, Newport HT70 transport ventilator, V60 non-invasive device, Vapotherm and Comfort Flow high flow oxygen devices • Document and manage patient information using Cerner EMR • Required certifications: RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist), BLS, ACLS, PALS • North Carolina Respiratory License required • NRP certification preferred • Scrub color required: Medium Gray/Pewter
