Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced Respiratory Therapist for a travel assignment in Milwaukee, WI. This role is ideal for those with a specialty in Respiratory Therapy, working within a high-caliber facility that boasts a comprehensive stroke center and a Level III NICU. Become a part of a dedicated team serving mostly geriatric and adult patients, with some pediatric exposure in the ED.

Key Responsibilities of the Respiratory Therapist
  • Manage ventilation equipment including AVEA, Servo U, LPU 1200, parapack vents for MRI, and Hamilton vents for transport
  • Provide vent management, CPAP, BiPap, Nebulizer treatments, and A-line placement
  • Conduct intubation, vent weaning, extubation, and ABG analysis
  • Utilize EPIC and Pyxis systems for charting and medication management
  • Flexibly float within hospital units as needed

Requirements of the Respiratory Therapist
  • BLS and ACLS certifications
  • Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
  • Minimum one year of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in working with specific ventilation systems
