AlliedTravelCareers is working with Windsor Healthcare Recruitment Group, Inc. to find a qualified RRT in Aberdeen, Washington, 98520!

13-week assignment. 12-hour shift / 36 hours per week. Shift time is 1730-0600. Must have a current WA License, BLS, ACLS, PALS and NRP. Needing a candidate with strong OB experience. . Must be a team player and any RTO needs to be pre-approved and added to the end of the contract. We are located close to the PNW beaches and the Olympic National Forrest. Please add any approved RTO to the end of the contract.

Registered
Respiratory Therapists are responsible for providing, coordinating, and
directing individualized comprehensive respiratory care to all patients based
upon assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.

ACCOUNTABILITY

Accountable
to: Cardiopulmonary Director. In the absence of the Director, is
responsible to the Lead RRT. Once oriented, the RRT is expected to function
with a minimum of supervision.

POSITION
REQUIREMENTS

  • Current Washington State license, as a Respiratory
    Care Practitioner
  • Will maintain BLS, ACLS, NRP, PALS certification
  • Will practice within the scope of practice of a RCP.
  • Prefer one year of current acute care experience; but
    may be a new graduate
  • Ability to lift fifty (50) pounds from floor to waist
  • Ability to lift fifty (50) pounds from wheelchair to
    bed level
  • Ability to lift five (5) pounds over head
  • Ability to pull fifty (50) pounds from stretcher to
    bed
  • Ability to push one hundred fifty (150) pound loaded
    stretcher 300 feet
  • Auditory ability to perform procedures and to take
    accurate blood pressures
  • Vision adequate to observe patients and to perform
    charting procedures
  • Ability to meet specific criteria for the
    Cardiopulmonary department
