Job Title: Respiratory Therapist Profession: Respiratory / Neuro Diagnostics Specialty: RRT-NICU Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours (19:00 - 07:30) Experience: Minimum of 2 years in pediatric, neonate, and infant care preferred License: RRT SC license required, must be active at time of start Certifications: RRT certification, BLS, PALS, NRP preferred Description: This position requires a respiratory therapist specializing in pediatrics. The therapist will work three 12-hour night shifts from 7 PM to 7:30 AM. Holiday rotations and every other weekend coverage are required. Experience with bronchoscopy, extubation, and pediatric critical care is preferred. Candidates should have familiarity with Epic charting systems. Floating within scope may be required based on experience. All requests for time off must be included with application submission. The facility has a primary patient population of neonates, infants, and pediatrics. Emergency response assignments may be expected during hurricane season. A commitment to quality patient care is essential.
