Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) - $2,117 to $2,317 per week in Winston-Salem, NC

We’re hiring an experienced Respiratory Therapist for a local hospital in Winston-Salem, NC where you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the treatment, care, and needs of patients with breathing disorders.

Minimum Requirements:

• Associate or bachelor’s degree from a Respiratory Therapy or Cardiopulmonary Science program.
• Current North Carolina respiratory therapist license in good standing.
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential.
• Minimum 2 years of critical care respiratory therapy experience required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Experience working in high-acuity settings such as Level 1 trauma centers, medical/surgical units, or ICU settings preferred.
• Familiarity with EMR systems; Epic experience preferred.
• Preferred experience with department equipment: Servo U, Servo Air, The Vest, Volara, Aerogen, heated high flow, and cough assist. Experience with HFJV and HFOV preferred for pediatric coverage.
• Ability to work holiday schedule per facility expectation (travelers will work approximately 75% of holidays).

• Orientation: Facility NEO plus 1–2 days departmental orientation.
• Floating: Assignments based on traveler experience and unit needs; no routine floating required.
• Weekend rotation: Every other weekend.
• On-call: None required.
• Holiday expectations: Travelers will work approximately 75% of holidays.
• Scrub color: Pewter (charcoal grey). Parking: free.
