Job Title: Respiratory Therapist Profession: Respiratory / Neuro Diagnostics Specialty: RRT Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 Hours (07:00 - 19:30) Experience: 2 Years Minimum License: Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, CRT, RRT, State License Must-Have: Previous travel experience Epic charting system experience Experience with GE ventilators Description: Seeking a Respiratory Therapist for a day shift position. The role requires working 3x12-hour shifts on weekdays and some weekends. Candidates must have a valid license before booking. Night shift experience is also applicable. Previous charge experience is required. The patient ratio is 1:4. Knowledge of adult critical care and various respiratory therapy techniques is essential. Major conditions treated include COPD, asthma, and cancer. The position will involve working with special equipment, particularly Hamilton ventilators. Candidates must ensure compliance with credentialing and fingerprinting processes. Travelers may need to float to designated locations. Two professional references are required, including one from a manager or formal leader. Education must be from an accredited program. Flexibility regarding time off required at the time of submission. All candidates must be aware of the urgent credentialing process. Failure to respond cooperatively during credentialing may lead to push or cancellation of the contract.
