We’re offering a $20,000 Sign-On Bonus (Flat rate / Not Prorated) for RT's with 2+ years of Neonatal / Pediatric experience who are hired at our Children's Masonic Hospital location! If you do not have the experience listed, then you can also qualify for our $11,250 Sign-On Bonus!
Preferred Qualifications Education Associate’s Degree in Respiratory Care/Therapy or related field License/Certification/Registration Respiratory Therapist License issued by the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice. Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) issued by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC). Exceptions include: New Graduates only - must complete RRT within 6 months of hire date. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
