Job Title: Registered Respiratory Therapist Profession: Respiratory Therapy Specialty: Respiratory Therapy Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Shift Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: 2+ years License: North Carolina Respiratory License Certifications: RRT, BLS, ACLS, PALS Description: Client is recognized among the top hospitals for providing high clinical quality year over year. The facility has achieved national recognition for safety and excellent patient care. It is the region’s referral center for various critical care services including trauma, stroke, and neonatal intensive care. The hospital provides advanced surgical services, including robotic surgery and open-heart procedures. The Respiratory Services department is equipped with modern ventilation and respiratory support devices. Staffing includes both day and night shifts with ratios of 10-25 patients for each respiratory therapist. Candidates must possess a valid respiratory license and required certifications to be considered. Successful applicants will work in all critical care units and follow unit guidelines and protocols. Weekend shifts are expected, typically four shifts within a six-week schedule.
