  • Weekly Pay: $1850 to $2050
Responsibilities
  • Assess, treat, and monitor patients with acute and chronic respiratory conditions
  • Administer respiratory therapies, oxygen treatments, aerosol medications, and breathing treatments
  • Operate and monitor ventilators, CPAP, BiPAP, and other respiratory support equipment
  • Perform arterial blood gas (ABG) sampling and analysis as required
  • Respond to respiratory emergencies and participate in rapid response and code situations
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Educate patients and families on respiratory treatments, equipment use, and disease management
  • Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation
  • Ensure compliance with infection prevention, patient safety, and respiratory care standards
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program
  • Active Respiratory Therapist license in Washington
  • Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of recent Respiratory Therapy experience
  • Current BLS Certification required
  • ACLS Certification required
  • NRP certification preferred for facilities serving neonatal patients
  • Strong knowledge of ventilator management and respiratory care procedures
  • Excellent communication, critical thinking, and patient care skills
