Required Qualifications Registered Respiratory Therapist, Adult Experience: 1 year Licenses: RT-NE(Copy needed) Certifications: RRT-National Board for Respiratory Care(Copy needed); BLS-AHA(Copy needed) SSN Required DOB Required Work History: Should not be more than 30 days of gap in entire work history References: 2 References in the last 24 months
Radius Rule: 50 miles AND candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity.
Requirements: 2 Approved References - 1 within the past year No work gaps over 30 days Driver's license required at submittal NBRC, BLS, State License
