We’re hiring an experienced Respiratory Therapist for a local hospital in Cleveland, OH where you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the treatment, care, and needs of patients with breathing disorders.


Minimum Requirements:

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree from a Respiratory Therapy or Cardiopulmonary Science program.
  • Current Ohio state respiratory care license in good standing.
  • Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required.
  • Minimum one year experience as an RRT in an acute care hospital setting preferred; experience with mechanical ventilation and ICU/critical care is preferred.
  • BLS certification required.
  • Current ACLS certification preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform arterial blood gas sampling and interpret results.
  • Experience with ventilators (invasive and non-invasive), oxygen delivery systems, aerosol therapy, and bedside monitoring (pulse oximetry, capnography).
  • Ability to perform procedures including tracheostomy care, endotracheal tube insertion/removal, suctioning, chest physiotherapy, and assist with bronchoscopy and chest tube management.
