Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) - $1,249 to $1,449 per week in Augusta, GA

We’re hiring an experienced Respiratory Therapist for a local healthcare provider where you’ll be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the treatment, care, and needs of patients with breathing disorders.

Minimum Requirements:

• Associate or bachelor’s degree from a Respiratory Therapy or Cardiopulmonary Science program.
• Current Georgia respiratory therapist license in good standing.
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required.
• Minimum one year of experience as an RRT in a hospital setting preferred; experience with ventilators and advanced respiratory procedures required.
• Demonstrated experience with mechanical ventilators (Drager, Philips V60), CPAP/BiPAP management, arterial blood gas sampling and interpretation, and high-flow oxygen delivery systems (Hiflo/Hi-flow).
• Experience with pulmonary function testing including DLCO and CPET and metabolic cart testing preferred.
• Experience supporting diagnostic and interventional pulmonary procedures including bronchoscopy, cryotherapy, cautery, fluoroscopy support, stent and fiducial placement preferred.
• BLS certification required. Advanced certifications (e.g., ACLS) preferred.
• Familiarity with Meditech or similar electronic documentation systems preferred.
• Ability to follow facility dress code; facility scrubs or maroon scrubs as required by unit.
