We’re hiring an experienced Respiratory Therapist for a local healthcare provider where you’ll be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the treatment, care, and needs of patients with breathing disorders.


Minimum Requirements: 

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree from a Respiratory Therapy or Cardiopulmonary Science program.
  • Current state license in good standing with the State License Board.
  • Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential.
  • Minimum 2 years of current acute care hospital RRT experience, including NICU/PICU experience (client requires current NICU/PICU experience).
  • Certifications required: BLS, NRP, PALS.
  • Experience with Meditech preferred by hiring director.
  • Experience with advanced neonatal/pediatric ventilators and devices such as high flow systems, 3100A oscillator, Bunnell, Servo ventilators, continuous nebulizers, nitric oxide and heliox delivery systems preferred.
  • Ability to perform respiratory care procedures including medication delivery, advanced ventilator management, BIPAP, CPT, and nebulizer therapy across patient populations.
  • Team-oriented, critical thinker, patient care focused, adaptable to a fast-paced environment.

  • Facility type: Hospital.
  • Unit: Respiratory — NICU/PICU.
  • Shift: Nights.
  • Shift hours: 1900-0700.
  • May float to cover regular adult floors for nebulizer therapy, BIPAP, CPT, and similar duties.
