HonorVet Technologies is seeking a travel Registered Respiratory Therapist for a travel job in Baltimore, Maryland.

Shift/Hours: 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30)

 

 


2YRS experience required; will accept first-time travelers with strong peds and NICU-focused skillset/experience comfortable in all RRT settings, including adults
*HARD STOP - must have strong PICU/NICU experience, but also be strong/competent to care for adult patients in settings where assigned (like ER, other units within scope)

Local travelers considered at a reduced local traveler rate - seek clarification with AM when submitting


License/certs: ACLS, BLS, NRP, PALS, RRT
Avg. Daily Census: 6-7 Ventilated patients
Visits/Day: 40
#rooms/beds: 12/12
Ratio: 1:12
Patient Age Range: **Must have exp with ALL age groups
Patient Diagnoses: Patient Diagnoses: Critical Care Respiratory Therapy. Jet high frequency vents in NICU are very common to have at least 3-4 running at all times.

Special Procedures/Unit Details: *** Mixed age levels- NICU- Adult ( must have exp will all age groups). Level 3 and/or 4 NICU experience required Pediatrics/PICU required
ER, Level 1 Trauma, Med/Surge intensive care units in adult care settings required - department flexible to put you in adult care settings aligning with experience and skillset

Special Equipment: Maquet Servo i, Draeger V500, Jet Ventilation, Oscillation, Nitric Oxide
Scrub Color: Navy Blue

Holidays: required as they fall, as scheduled
Weekends: every other weekend required
Floating: required within the specialty, other units and sister SRH facilities within scope
On-call: not required
