Travel Registered Nurse – Medical-Surgical / Telemetry
Position Type: Travel Assignment
Employment Type: W-2, Weekly Pay
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) with strong Medical-Surgical and Telemetry skills for a travel assignment. This opportunity is ideal for a motivated nurse who thrives in a fast-paced acute care environment and has current Telemetry experience.
Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (state-specific requirements apply)
Minimum of 2 years of recent Medical-Surgical experience
Current Telemetry experience required
BLS required (ACLS may be required based on facility)
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Must reside at least 50 miles away from the hospital to be eligible for this travel position
Responsibilities
Provide high-quality nursing care to Medical-Surgical and Telemetry patients
Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility protocols
Accurately document patient care and assessments
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
