Responsibilities
- Serve as OR Circulator, supporting the surgical team (surgeon and anesthesia) during operative procedures
- Coordinate flow of equipment, supplies, and staff to ensure efficient case progression
- Monitor and support patient safety and comfort throughout the perioperative phase
- Participate in preoperative planning, assessment, and nursing treatment within the perioperative care plan
- Collaborate with scrub personnel and anesthesia team to maintain sterile technique and equipment readiness
- Document intraoperative actions and patient status in accordance with unit policies
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in California
- OR Circulator experience or demonstrated perioperative nursing competency
- Ability to work rotating 8-hour shifts and adapt to a travel assignment schedule
- Strong communication and teamwork skills; commitment to patient safety
- Willingness to comply with travel credentialing requirements and assignment start date of 06/22/2026
