Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, implement, and evaluate employee health services in the local market, ensuring alignment with system-wide strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Serve as a key resource for education, communication, and support related to occupational health, infection prevention, workers’ compensation, and staff wellness initiatives.
- Support pre-employment health processes, immunization tracking, and required health screenings as part of onboarding and ongoing safety programs.
- Collaborate with leaders and teams to promote staff wellness, safety training, and prevention initiatives; assist with outbreak response and infection prevention efforts as needed.
- Maintain accurate health records and reporting in compliance with privacy, regulatory, and organizational requirements.
- Participate in program development and continuous improvement efforts to strengthen occupational health services for employees.

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in California
- Experience or coursework related to occupational health, infection prevention, or workers’ compensation initiatives preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication and education skills; ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to work days and support a 40-hour weekly schedule in the local market
- Demonstrated ability to manage confidential information and maintain compliant health records
