Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for neonates or an assigned group of patients using established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care while supervising and directing activities of various levels of nursing staff.
- Coordinate care with other disciplines, using critical thinking, professional judgment, and independent actions.
- Monitor for changes in patient condition, respond promptly, document accurately, and ensure safety and infection control practices.
- Provide family education and support, discharge planning, and smooth handoffs during shift changes.

Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license to practice in the United States.
- Neonatal ICU experience in a Level III or Level IV NICU setting preferred.
- Ability to work nights and perform 12-hour shift rotations.
- Strong critical thinking, clinical judgment, and communication skills.
- Comfort working in a high-acuity neonatal environment and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
