Overview
Registered Nurse – NICU (Travel) is a hospital-based travel assignment with a 12-week duration beginning 06/15/2026. Weekly pay ranges from $2,283 to $2,422 per week, with a guaranteed 36 hours per week. The shift is 3x12 hours at night (7:00 PM–7:00 AM). This role focuses on neonatal and newborn patient care within a Level III NICU, supported by Epic EHR documentation and collaborative multidisciplinary teamwork.

Responsibilities
- Deliver holistic nursing care to neonatal and newborn patients, with scope extending to other age groups as defined by unit needs
- Perform comprehensive assessment, nursing diagnosis, outcome identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation
- Develop and revise individualized plans of care; coordinate care across disciplines; delegate tasks as appropriate
- Maintain a safe, evidence-based practice environment and participate in practice standards to promote high-quality patient and family care
- Document care in the Epic EHR and communicate changes in patient status to the care team
- Provide family education and support, discharge planning, and readiness assessment for transitions of care

Requirements
- Active RN license (Minnesota) or eligible to practice in the USA
- BLS (AHA or ARC) required
- NRP required
- Newborn population experience required
- Level III NICU experience required
- Epic experience required
- 2+ years of RN experience required; 1 year of travel experience required
- Scheduling: Every 3rd weekend rotation
- Submission requirements: 2 supervisory references with dates employed
- Ability to work in a NICU/hospital setting and to meet unit-specific skill requirements
