Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for an individual patient or assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care with clinical judgment and critical thinking.
- Supervise and direct activities of nursing staff at multiple levels, ensuring safe, efficient patient care and proper workflow.
- Coordinate care with other disciplines to optimize patient outcomes and support appropriate discharge planning.

Requirements
- Current California RN license (active)
- NICU or neonatal care experience preferred; hospital/practice setting experience in a high-acuity environment is common for this role
- BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred
- Associate's or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (ASN/BSN) required
- Minimum 1 year of RN experience in NICU or related high-acuity neonatal care preferred
- Ability to work daytime, 12-hour shift schedule in a NICU environment
