Travel Med Surg RN – Core Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments on admission and throughout hospitalization.
- Administer medications, IV therapies, wound care, and operate specialized medical equipment.
- Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and families on medications, treatment plans, post-surgical care, and discharge instructions.
- Recognize early signs of patient deterioration and respond promptly to stabilize patients and prevent emergencies.
