Description

American Traveler is hiring a Travel RN - Med/Surg for a night shift position requiring 2+ years of experience and a compact or OK RN license.

Details

• Hospital-based Med/Surg unit (2nd floor)
• 2nd floor unit has 34 beds; 3rd floor Med/Surg unit has 38 beds
• Patient ratio of 6:1
• Night shift, 7p-7a
• Floating required
• No call requirements
• Uses Cerner EMR

Requirements

• Active RN license (Compact or OK) currently in hand
• Current certifications: BLS and ACLS required
• PALS required within 6 months of start date
• 2+ years of recent Med/Surg experience required
• Cerner EMR experience preferred
• Certifications must not expire within the first 30 days of the contract
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months

Additional Information

• Black scrubs required
• Maximum RTO of 4 days/nights per 13-week contract
• RTO requests must be less than 1 week
• Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be eligible
• Travelers who worked at any CHS facility as permanent staff within the past 2 years will not be considered
