Responsibilities
- Deliver holistic nursing care to IR patients throughout the peri-procedural continuum, including pre-procedure assessment and post-procedure monitoring
- Assist with IR procedures, set up and maintain sterile technique, and monitor hemodynamics during interventions
- Administer medications and contrast as ordered, and manage IV access and fluid management
- Monitor vital signs, assess for complications, and intervene per protocol to ensure patient safety
- Collaborate with the IR team and other disciplines; participate in care planning, patient education, and discharge planning
- Document care and interventions in the electronic health record (Epic preferred), maintain accurate nursing records, and ensure continuity of care

Requirements
- Active Minnesota Registered Nurse license
- BLS and ACLS certification required
- 3+ years of critical care experience (ED/ICU) with interventional radiology nursing experience preferred
- Adult patient population experience; IR nursing experience required
- Epic experience preferred; stroke experience preferred
- Current skills checklist (within 1 year) and 2 supervisory references with dates employed listed
- Submission requirements: all RTO requests must be included at the time of submittal; must be eligible to work in the USA
