Responsibilities
- Deliver direct nursing care to critically ill patients from adolescent to geriatric, across medical, surgical, cardiac and neurosurgical presentations in ICU/SDU
- Monitor patient conditions, interpret alarms and vital signs, manage ventilator support and invasive lines, and titrate therapies per protocol
- Administer and adjust medications and treatments; respond to clinical changes promptly; document care accurately
- Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other team members; supervise CNA/SNA, LPN or other staff as assigned
- Maintain professional standards, ensure patient safety, and uphold infection control and evidence-based practice; participate in rounds and care planning
- Adhere to AHSA’s clinical interview process and facility policies; complete required documentation and credentialing as part of onboarding

Requirements
- Active Michigan RN license (LARA verification) required
- 2+ years ICU experience required
- ACLS and BLS certifications required or current at time of assignment
- TNCC or TCAR preferred
- Ability to work 3x12-hour night shifts in ICU/SDU; capable of caring for adolescents through geriatrics
- Submission requirements: resume with relevant ICU experience, current skills checklist (within 1 year), Michigan license verification, copies of certifications, and completion of requested forms
- Must pick up at least one shift every 60 days to stay active
