Travel Registered Nurse - Acute Float Pool

Float RN - Ithaca - 3x12 Days or Nights - $60+ an hour!

WorkFit Medical Staffing is currently seeking a versatile and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Acute Float Pool. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work across multiple acute care units, providing high-quality nursing care to a diverse patient population. The Acute Float Pool nurse plays a critical role in maintaining safe staffing levels and ensuring consistent patient care throughout the hospital.

This position offers a dynamic and flexible work environment, ideal for RNs who enjoy variety and have strong adaptability skills. Float units will include ICU, ED, and Med Surg.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New York.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of acute care nursing experience.
• Ability to quickly adapt to different clinical settings and patient populations.
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and prioritization skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, TNCC certifications all required
• Flexibility to work various shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
