Seeking an experienced Activities Coordinator/Recreational Therapist for a 13-week contract assignment in a long-term care/skilled nursing setting in Waimea, Hawaii. The professional in this role will develop and coordinate therapeutic activity programs designed to support patients’ and residents’ social, recreational, educational, physical, and emotional well-being.

Responsibilities include patient/resident assessments, activity program planning, performance improvement initiatives, staff coordination, budget monitoring, and maintaining meaningful engagement programs that promote dignity, independence, and quality of life.

• Holiday coverage required
• Overtime applies after 80 hours/week equivalent

• Candidates must have strong communication and leadership skills
• Must be comfortable supervising staff and conducting training programs
