**Join Our Thriving Emergency Team: RN ER Rapid Response Opportunity!** **Job Description:** - **Shift:** 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM - **Unit:** Rapid Response - **Experience Required:** 2 years in Emergency Department - **Patient Ratios:** 1:4 to 1:6 based on acuity - **Number of Beds:** 11 **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide high-quality emergency care in a fast-paced setting - Perform essential procedures including: - IV insertion - Foley catheter insertion - NG tube insertion - Assisting providers with various ED procedures - Run point of care (POC) labs - Set up and adjust respiratory equipment with support **Required Certifications:** - TNCC - ACLS - PALS - BLS - NIHSS **Unit Environment:** - Modern, newly built facility with all new equipment - State-of-the-art cardiac and vital sign monitoring in all patient rooms - Equipped with CT, X-ray, and complete lab supplies - Documentation system: Meditech - Positive, flexible, team-oriented, and patient-centered atmosphere **Additional Information:** - Opportunities for skill development in: - BIPAP and ventilator management - Advanced POC lab operations - Must be available to work every other weekend **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
