FLOATING: Client agrees to float Qualivis Candidates in rotation with Client's staff and in accordance with Client's floating policies, as well as the clinical experiences of the Qualivis Candidate being asked to float. Client confirms that Client's policies on floating comply with current standards of The Joint Commission, including the provision of an appropriate orientation to the new unit.
