Job Title: Clienttion Therapist Profession: Allied Health Specialty: Clienttion Oncology Duration: 3 months initial assignment Shift: Monday to Friday Hours per Shift: 40 Experience: Minimum years of experience required License: Licensed by the state Department of Health Services as a Radiologic Technologist (Therapeutic) Certifications: Licensed by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist in Clienttion Therapy or equivalent as recognized by the ARRT. Current Basic Life Support (BLS), approved by the American Heart Association. Must-Have: Excellent communication skills Customer-focused Attention to detail Ability to prioritize tasks Description: Under the direction of the Clienttion Oncology Manager, the Clienttion Therapist performs localizing tumors. The therapist participates in treatment planning. They deliver high doses of ionizing radiation treatment to patients in accordance with prescription and instructions from Clienttion Oncologists. The Clienttion Therapist displays and practices a work style that reflects the mission, vision, and values of the organization. They participate in the continuous quality improvement process. It is essential to maintain a working knowledge of departmental standard operating procedures, including the use of specialized instrumentation, Quality Control requirements, and preventive maintenance. The Clienttion Therapist should possess excellent customer service skills. They must be able to analyze, identify root causes of problems, provide practical solutions, and negotiate resolutions. Proficiency in CT simulation techniques is required. Computer skills are necessary, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Clienttion Oncology EMR. Teamwork and strong interpersonal skills are important for this role.
