ROLE SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled and licensed Psychologist to join our team on a permanent basis in Leavenworth, Kansas. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality psychological services within a structured clinical environment, supporting individuals in need of assessment, diagnosis, and treatment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations of individuals.
  • Formulate diagnoses and develop evidence-based treatment plans.
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions as clinically appropriate.
  • Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including medical, social work, and correctional staff.

  • Support crisis intervention and risk assessment processes as required.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS (MUST-HAVE)

  • Graduate from an accredited college or university with a Doctoral degree in Psychology (PhD, PsyD, or EdD).
  • Must possess a current, unrestricted license to practice psychology in Kansas where practice occurs.
  • Minimum of two years of clinical experience, including at least one year in a comparable position.

DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE (NICE-TO-HAVE)

  • Experience working within corrections, detention, or secure/forensic environments.
  • Familiarity with government or institutional healthcare delivery models.
