**Join Our Team as a Clinical Nurse, RN in General Psych/Dual Diagnosis!** **Job Description:** - Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of patients in need? - Join us in providing exceptional clinical care to inpatient behavioral health patients! - This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you can expand your skills and knowledge in the field of mental health. **Key Responsibilities:** - Deliver compassionate and effective care to patients in a behavioral health setting. - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for our patients. - Use your expertise in de-escalation techniques to create a safe and supportive environment. **Mandatory Qualifications:** - Current RN License in Ohio. - Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association. **Preferred Qualifications:** - One year of experience in Behavioral Health. - Training in de-escalation techniques (Welle or CPI). **Shift Information:** - NIGHTS: Three 12-hour shifts from 7 PM to 7:30 AM. - Every other weekend and holiday commitment required. **Certifications / Requirements:** - BLS/BCLS certification must be current and active before starting. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
