Job Details:

• Position: Registered Nurse, Progressive Care Unit (PCU)
• Location: Sun City West, Arizona
• Schedule: Night shifts, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Must possess a current, valid RN license in the state of practice; BLS certification is required. No minimum experience required; newly licensed nurses are encouraged to apply.
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Nursing is preferred. Additional related education and/or experience are a plus.
• Additional Information: The RN will be responsible for comprehensive patient assessments, formulation and execution of care plans, patient and family education, and documentation in accordance with policy and regulatory standards. They will also participate in quality improvement activities and promote excellent patient outcomes. This role may involve supervising licensed and non-licensed personnel and interacting with patients, families, and external healthcare providers to support patient care needs.
