Job Details:

• Required Qualifications: Must possess a current, valid RN license in the state of practice, BLS certification is required. Experience in the clinical area for which he or she is applying is desired. Must maintain clinical performance competencies appropriate to the area in which they work as demonstrated through annual validations.
• Additional Information: The role involves assessing patient physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, and discharge planning needs. Formulates and updates care plans, implements nursing interventions, delegates appropriately, and provides education and support to patients and families. Maintains detailed documentation consistent with policies. May participate in research activities and contribute to quality improvement initiatives. Interacts with all levels of staff, patients, families, and external contacts, requiring effective communication skills.
