Job Summary
Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse position is located in CASA GRANDE, Arizona. This role involves providing high-quality nursing care to patients with a focus on assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient treatment plans. The nurse will utilize specialized knowledge and clinical skills to deliver safe and effective care in accordance with organizational policies and professional standards.

Job Details

  • Position: Registered Nurse - Progressive Care Unit (PCU)
  • Location: CASA GRANDE, Arizona
  • Schedule: Nights shift, 12-hour shift hours, minimum of 36 hours per week
  • Required Qualifications: Must possess a current, valid RN license in the state of practice, BLS certification is required. Experience in an acute care hospital setting is preferred. Clinical performance competencies must be maintained through annual validations.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Nursing and professional certification are preferred.
  • Additional Information: The RN will be responsible for assessing patient needs, formulating plans of care, providing direct patient care, and collaborating with healthcare team members. Documentation must be completed accurately and timely. The role may include supervising staff or work flow management as needed. The position requires the ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks up to 75 pounds, and adherence to safety and infection control protocols is essential.
