The Travel Program Director leads Diventures Travel, LLC's wholesale and retail scuba diving travel business, driving growth through expert use of organizational resources, industry knowledge, and supplier partnerships. This role owns travel operations, supplier relationships, customer service delivery, and strategic product development-ensuring operational excellence and a competitive market position.
Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Travel Program Director serves on the Store Support Leadership Team, contributing to key business strategy, growth initiatives, and long-range planning. This role partners with store, travel, and sales teams on revenue generation, cross-functional projects, supplier negotiation, and process improvement.
The Travel Program Director mentors travel specialists, sales associates, and client service managers-championing their growth and building a culture of excellence and customer-first service.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day wholesale and retail travel operations, maintaining process efficiency and high client satisfaction.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with travel suppliers, dive resorts, and partner organizations.
- Direct travel product development, procurement, and pricing across group, individual, and special-event bookings.
- Set and track performance metrics and targets for the travel team to drive consistent revenue growth.
- Drive sales and marketing initiatives that expand Diventures Travel, LLC's reach to existing and new customer segments.
- Uphold industry best practices and regulatory compliance across all travel operations.

Requirements
- Significant leadership experience in a travel agency or hospitality setting, preferably in scuba diving or adventure travel.
