As a Preadmission Clinical Nurse, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring patients are fully prepared—clinically, emotionally, and logistically before they even walk through the hospital doors.

Shift: 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM(DAYS)
Schedule: 40 hours/week
Requirements: Weekends, Holidays, and On-Call rotation

Preoperative assessments
Risk stratification
Patient education & coordination
Interdisciplinary communication
Conduct comprehensive preadmission assessments
Review medical histories, labs, and diagnostics
Coordinate with providers to optimize patient readiness
Educate patients and families on procedures and expectations
Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards
Active RN license (AZ or compact)
Strong clinical assessment skills
Experience in preadmission, perioperative, or acute care preferred
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
A proactive, patient-first mindset
