Job Summary:
Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) Registered Nurse (RN) position in LITTLE ROCK, Arkansas. This role involves providing specialized care to critically ill pediatric patients in a hospital setting, with occasional floating to other critical care units as needed. The position requires a minimum of three years of recent PICU experience, prior travel assignments, and recent Electronic Health Record (EHR) system experience.

Job Details:

Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week starting from 08/24/2026.
Required Qualifications: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arkansas or a Compact License, BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications. Candidates must have a minimum of three years of recent Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) experience, prior travel experience with one to two assignments, and recent Electronic Health Record (EHR) system experience.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU).
Float: Float rotation may be required, with occasional assignments to Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU), Intermediate Care Unit (IMU), or Burn Intensive Care Unit (Burn ICU).
Additional Information: RNs must pass a fit test (facial hair restrictions apply unless for religious beliefs). Auto-offer process with a response time of three days or less, excluding holidays.
