Job Summary:
Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) Registered Nurse (RN) position in LITTLE ROCK, Arkansas. This role involves providing specialized care to critically ill pediatric patients in a hospital setting, with occasional floating to other critical care units as needed. The position requires a minimum of three years of recent PICU experience, prior travel assignments, and recent Electronic Health Record (EHR) system experience.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week starting from 08/24/2026.
  • Required Qualifications: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arkansas or a Compact License, BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications. Candidates must have a minimum of three years of recent Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) experience, prior travel experience with one to two assignments, and recent Electronic Health Record (EHR) system experience.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU).
  • Float: Float rotation may be required, with occasional assignments to Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU), Intermediate Care Unit (IMU), or Burn Intensive Care Unit (Burn ICU).
  • Additional Information: RNs must pass a fit test (facial hair restrictions apply unless for religious beliefs). Auto-offer process with a response time of three days or less, excluding holidays.
