Job Requirements

• Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy or related field.
• Certifications Requirements: Valid state license in Montana, BLS certification, and CPR certification.
• Experience Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of experience managing PT teams, inpatient and outpatient settings, with experience supervising staff.
• Other Requirements: Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities; proficiency in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision to Physical Therapy staff, ensuring quality patient care and adherence to facility protocols.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations, licensure requirements, and facility policies.
• Document treatment progress, staff performance, and operational activities accurately within the EMR system.
