Job Requirements

  • Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy or related field.
  • Certifications Requirements: Valid state license in Montana, BLS certification, and CPR certification.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and supervision to Physical Therapy staff, ensuring quality patient care and adherence to facility protocols.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
  • Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations, licensure requirements, and facility policies.
  • Document treatment progress, staff performance, and operational activities accurately within the EMR system.
