Key Responsibilities- Assist licensed Physical Therapists in implementing patient treatment plans within a rehabilitation setting
- Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions to support patient recovery and functional improvement
- Monitor and document patient progress, reporting changes in condition to the supervising Physical Therapist
- Educate patients and family members on home exercise programs and safe functional activities
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
Required Qualifications- Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in the state of Arizona or eligibility to obtain
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Experience working in a rehabilitation or acute care environment
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience in an inpatient rehabilitation hospital setting
- Familiarity with a broad range of physical therapy modalities and treatment techniques
