Physical Therapy Assistant / Physical Therapist

Schedule / Job TypeContract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift | Monday through Friday
Key Responsibilities- Deliver direct physical therapy or physical therapy assistant services to patients in accordance with established care plans
- Collaborate with the broader therapy team to support patient progress and goal achievement
- Document patient treatments, progress, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner
- Adhere to all facility policies, including identification and badging requirements at all times while on site
Required Qualifications- Active and valid New Hampshire state license as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) or Physical Therapist (PT)
- Valid state or federal issued photo identification required for facility access
- Ability to fulfill a 15-week contract commitment
- Availability to work Monday through Friday day shifts with a 35-hour weekly guarantee
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience working in a contract or registry staffing capacity
- Familiarity with clinical documentation systems and therapy care planning
