Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)

Schedule / Job TypeContract | Days, 5x8 Hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) | Onsite | 13-Week Assignment
Key Responsibilities- Provide physical therapy assistant services in a primarily outpatient setting
- Implement treatment plans established by a supervising Physical Therapist
- Assist patients with therapeutic exercises and functional activities
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records
- Float to different units as needed within the facility
Required Qualifications- Active Kansas state license or valid compact license (pending Kansas license will be considered)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant
- Ability to work a Day shift schedule, 5x8 hours
- Must meet standard compliance requirements including SSN and date of birth verification
- At least 1 professional reference required
Preferred Experience / Skills- 2 or more years of experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant
- Prior experience in an outpatient therapy setting
