Key Responsibilities- Assist the supervising Physical Therapist in implementing patient treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic interventions including exercises, manual therapy, and modalities as directed
- Monitor and document patient progress, reporting changes in condition to the supervising PT
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safe functional activities
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
Required Qualifications- Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in the state of California
- Graduate of an accredited PTA program
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Ability to work rotating shifts as required by the assignment
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience in a similar clinical or rehabilitation setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with patients and interdisciplinary teams
