Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift | 5x8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week | 20–26 week commitment

• Provide physical therapy treatment and interventions to patients under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner
• Deliver patient care in an outpatient physical therapy setting
• Adhere to facility dress code, parking, and onboarding protocols as provided during orientation

• Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in the state of Washington
• Prior experience in an outpatient or relevant physical therapy setting
• Ability to fulfill credentialing and contract quality assurance requirements prior to assignment start
• Must obtain a permanent Washington state license; compact licensure may be accepted at start but permanent licensure must be obtained promptly

• Previous experience working in an outpatient physical therapy environment
• Familiarity with travel or contract-based clinical assignments

• Equipment provided and orientation details supplied on the first day to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
• Parking accommodations provided, with all necessary first-day information communicated prior to start
