Key Responsibilities- Assist licensed Physical Therapists in implementing patient treatment plans in an outpatient therapy setting
- Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions as directed by the supervising Physical Therapist
- Monitor and document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner
- Communicate effectively with the care team regarding patient status and treatment outcomes
- Maintain compliance with facility documentation requirements throughout the assignment
Required Qualifications- Active, permanent South Carolina Physical Therapy Assistant license (compact licensure is not accepted for this position)
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program
- Ability to work a consistent day shift schedule in an outpatient clinical environment
- Willingness to complete any facility-required documentation or onboarding steps prior to assignment start
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience working in an outpatient physical therapy setting
- Strong documentation skills and familiarity with electronic medical records
